Jessica studied fine arts at both Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo in Ontario. She takes great interest in feminist art, looking up to artists like Kiki Smith, Cindy Sherman, Joyce Weiland, Frida Kahlo, Georgia O'Keeffe and the Guerilla Girls. Jessica believes that accessibility is one of the most crucial qualities that the arts should possess. Because of this belief, she has cultivated a preoccupation with using low arts mediums to express high arts concepts.
